Microsoft Copilot Launches on iOS and Android Platforms!

Microsoft’s Copilot app works on Android and iOS, much like ChatGPT. It helps you to do various things. For instance, you can generate chatbot images using DALL-E 3. Plus, it helps draft text for emails and documents. What’s cool is that it includes free access to OpenAI’s latest GPT-4 model, a feature you pay for with ChatGPT.

During the festive season, Microsoft quietly released its Copilot app. First Bing Chat, its equivalent to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, manages various tasks as an AI-powered assistant. Microsoft’s Copilot app is now on the Google Play Store, giving access to its AI-powered features without needing Bing mobile. Neowin reported, “Copilot on Android has been available for nearly a week on Google Play Store, but an iOS version has yet to be known.” Now, it’s accessible on the Apple Store for iOS users.

Uses of Microsoft Copilot:

Like other AI chatbots, the user can interact with Copilot by tapping out their questions. They receive AI-generated responses for tasks. These tasks include drafting emails, composing narratives, rephrasing complicated texts, formulating travel plans, and updating resumes. There are more tasks as well. Additionally, the app incorporates the Image Creator feature using DALLE 3. It enables users to create different styles. They can devise social media content. They can design brand elements and generate logos. They can also create video storyboards. Users can also summarize complex texts. They can generate backgrounds, craft portfolios, and conceptualize film. They can also write or update job resumes. It also includes free access to OpenAI’s latest GPT-4 model, which you must pay for if you’re using ChatGPT.

Benefits of Microsoft Copilot:

According to the app’s description, “Copilot improves design workflow. It can also boost creativity to new heights. It does this by combining the immense power of GPT-4, which has the same imaginative abilities as DALLE 3.

The data provided by Mobile Intelligence data.ai to BizMediaUpdates. After the launch on Festive Day, the data shows that Android and iOS users have downloaded Microsoft Copilot over 1.5 million times.

The main advantage of Copilot is that users can access OpenAI’s GPT-4 technology for free. This is because OpenAI’s GPT app runs on GPT-3.5, and charges for access to GPT-4.

The launch of Copilot on mobile came as Microsoft rebranded Bing Chat to Copilot in November. Before Copilot launched on mobile, users could access similar functionality through Bing Chat on the Bing app. Microsoft may plan to replace the Bing app with the Copilot app, but this news has yet to be confirmed.

After the artificial intelligence revolution, Microsoft is enhancing its products’ terms and technology. These include Copilot for Windows, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Copilot for Azure, GitHub Copilot, and more. Furthermore, Microsoft can rename its Bing Chat Platform to Copilot. It can also launch a dedicated app for Copilot. This would be another way to promote its branding and concepts.
